Digital Radiography (X-Rays)

Digital radiographs allow us to quickly evaluate your cat’s bones, joints, chest, abdomen, and other internal structures. X-rays are often one of the first diagnostic tools used to identify fractures, arthritis, heart enlargement, lung disease, bladder stones, gastrointestinal obstruction, and many other medical conditions.

Advanced Abdominal Ultrasound

Ultrasound provides real-time imaging of your cat’s internal organs, allowing us to evaluate soft tissues that cannot be fully assessed on radiographs alone. This non-invasive diagnostic tool is invaluable for examining the liver, kidneys, pancreas, bladder, intestines, spleen, lymph nodes, and other abdominal organs.

Dr. Leland and our Lead Veterinary Technician, Taylour, have received advanced abdominal ultrasound training and certification through Oncura Partners, allowing them to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations right here in our hospital.

To provide an additional level of confidence, every ultrasound and every set of radiographs is submitted to IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging for interpretation by board-certified veterinary radiologists.
